Sitting can cause a lot of axial compression on the spine. Too much of this and your tissues, muscles, ligaments, and tendons will get stiff and very immobile. This is where pain and discomfort start to come in. Prevention is the method! The spine is a very strong structure and very durable but everyone thinks that the back is weak! Your back is not weak! Your muscles are! Train them !
