The scap pull-up is a great exercise that can help improve your shoulder range of motion. This exercise will also help build shoulder blade strength, shoulder blade stability, and help improve your grip strength! The slouching of the shoulders can really hinder your overhead performance in the gym, so give yourself a little shoulder blade care!
Tryout 2 to 3 sets of 5 to 6 repetitions at a slow tempo. If hanging from the bar is difficult grab a bench or box and use that as a platform.
