Get Flexy: IT Band

The IT band! This is massive sheath of fascia that connects from your hip to your knee and helps stabilize the leg. When this area gets super tight it will cause at the hip, knee, or (sometimes both). If we continue to train and add stress to these tissues, movement mechanics will eventually become inefficient, leading to movement problems. Don’t let this happen to you ! Show your tissues some love!
