FlexiFriday: Lower Back Release

This stretch will help release lower back tightness but it is in the front part of the body, targeting a muscle known as the hip flexor. This muscle is also notorious for causing lower back pain! Make sure you incorporate a posterior pelvic tilt or squeeze of the glute to properly engage in the stretch.
