7-27-20 Work out of the day WOD 008

20 min as many reps as possible

Finish 1,2,3 sequentially and start over. Get thru as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.  The goal is more than 5 rounds.   

1. 20 air squats

2. 30 sit ups

3. 40 mountain climbers
